Introduction
The Apothecary is a touch-activated pseudorandom mixed-drink chooser we built to be used for a Halloween party. When a victim puts their hand on the pentagram, the Apothecary begins randomly flickering white LED's above each of the evil-sounding ingredients. 4 were liquors and 4 were mixers. When the user removes their hand, the selection stops and they must mix and enjoy the beverage the Apothecary has chosen for them. You've NEVER seen people happy to drink such horrible things as Vodka+Scotch+Coke or OJ+Gin+Rum+Cranberry. We got a great response from this little toy, and everyone got way too drunk so we condsider it to be a raging success.
